Patty Bennett – Director of Finance and Operations
Interlaced Property Solutions’ President and owner has over 15 years in Association accounting and 30 years experience in general accounting, along with her association management experience. Patty has previously served as the President and Treasurer of her own HOA for 9 years, in addition to being on the initial Board of Directors after Developer turnover.
Patty was born and raised in Connecticut. She graduated cum laude from Southern Connecticut State University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Her career has been spent in several different industries, including public accounting, manufacturing, health care, transportation and association management. Being a working mother while completing her education has helped her hone her time management skills, and become more efficient with resources and procedures.
Daniel A. Cobreiro – Director of Association Services
Daniel A. Cobreiro moved to the Jacksonville area from South Florida in 2014, while working for a Property Management Firm, to build their NE Florida Operations. Daniel studied Business at Florida International University where he found a passion for learning hands-on and solving real life problems. With excellent intuition and an eye for detail he has built a reputation for an exceptional “gut instinct” and an ability to bring “calm to the storm”. His almost two decades in a wide range of Association Management is unrivaled.
He takes pride in always following through on his promises and believes in always being honest with the client, even when that means saying something you don’t typically want to say. He believes in transparency and integrity above all else.
Craig Sheffield – VP of Property Management and Maintenance
Craig Sheffield is a Northeast Florida native and a seasoned Licensed Community Association Manager with over two decades of experience in the property management industry. With more than a decade dedicated specifically to community association management, Craig brings a deep understanding of operations, board relations, and long-term community planning. Craig’s background in construction and maintenance sets him apart, having successfully overseen a wide range of projects—from roofing replacements to full-scale restorations and everything in between.
Craig is passionate about helping communities thrive and takes pride in delivering dependable, professional management with integrity and care.
